Two offers came in within the first two weeks. After we accepted one of those offers, she continued to give us excellent advice and I always felt assured that she was acting in our best interest. Marie was available to us by phone, text messages and/or email 24/7. I wondered at times if she ever slept! Within six-seven weeks of listing, escrow closed on the sale of the home!
